Together for Children, Families, and the Future
CONFERENCE | PUERTO RICO - MARCH 2- 5, 2026
Across the country, early childhood programs are navigating dramatic shifts—from policy changes and funding transitions to the dissolution of long-standing structures like Head Start Regions. These changes bring both challenge and opportunity. Now more than ever, we must come together—with purpose and intention—to reconnect, reimagine, and reinforce the shared mission that unites us: serving children, families, and communities.

Our conference offers a moment of reconnection. After disruption, uncertainty, and isolation, we return to a space of shared learning and collaboration. It’s a chance to reflect on lessons learned, renew old relationships, and forge new bonds across state lines, systems, and program types. By gathering a wider network of leaders, educators, advocates, and staff from across the early childhood landscape, we create the conditions to learn from one another and to innovate forward—together.
Resilience is what brought us here—and it’s what will carry us forward. Amid uncertainty, our field has remained steadfast. We’ve adapted, supported one another, and continued showing up for children and families. This conference is a testament to that resilience. It honors the strength of our community and celebrates what we can accomplish when we unite across boundaries in service of a common cause.
