In partnership with the Detroit Police Department
In Detroit, we are partnering with the Detroit Police Department on an all day safety summit for Head Start programs, daycare centers, preschools, and faith based childcare staff across the Detroit and greater Michigan community. The summit will cover situational awareness, de-escalation techniques, active shooter preparedness, and community safety topics that directly affect the neighborhoods where your programs operate. The Detroit Police Department will also facilitate a youth firearm safety presentation.
