Location: Lobby Level, to the left upon entering the hotel
Querube Ballroom
Location: Lobby Level, adjacent to the Preciosa Ballroom.
Palmar Room
Location: Upper Level of the hotel.(level 3)

Registration and Vendor Areas:

Registration Desk: Located outside the Querube Ballroom on the Lobby Level.

Vendor Tables: Situated in the foyer area of the Preciosa Ballroom, providing easy access for attendees.
Navigating the Venue:

Lobby Level Access: Upon entering the hotel, proceed to the left to find both the Preciosa and Querube Ballrooms.

Upper Level Access: Elevators and stairways are available to reach the Palmar Room on the Upper Level. The Palmar room is located on Level 3 of the hotel.
